1 cup butter
1/3 cup lime juice
2 (0.7-oz) envelopes dry Italian salad dressing mix
8 chicken breast halves
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; stir in lime juice and salad dressing mix. Remove sauce from heat. Baste chicken with sauce, and grill skin side down over medium coals 40 minutes or until done. Turn and baste frequently with sauce.
