KAHLUA TORTE

60 chocolate chip cookies
1 1/2 pints whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
3/4 cup Kahlua or Tia Maria
2/3 cup milk

Using a 10 inch springform pan. Line bottom of pan with cookies. Mix milk and liqueur and brush cooking with mixture. Whip cream and add sugar. Pour 1/4 mixture over cookies. Make 4 layers. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Refrigerate. Remove from pan and serve.
