FIVE MINUTE FUDGE

2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mixture starts to bubble around edges of pan.) Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and stir vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into an 8 buttered square pan. Cool before cutting into squares.
