PIZZA DIP II

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp garlic
3/4 tsp red pepper
1 (16 oz) can pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped pepperoni

Cream together first 4 ingredients and spread on bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with next 3 ingredients. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
