WHITE SALSA

1 cup sour cream and mayonnaise
Juice from 3 limes
4 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups finely chopped cilantro
6 oz can blacked olives, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cups green onions, finely chopped
5 tsp hot pepper sauce
Pepper, to taste

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Add remaining ingredients, tasting and adjusting seasonings. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
