CHOCOLATE DOUBLE CRUNCHERS

1/2 cup sugar, packed brown sugar and butter, softened
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup finely chopped walnuts and quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Filling
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 cups chocolate chips, melted
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together butter and sugars. Ad egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add too creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients and shape dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cook.
Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the chocolate; mix well. Spread about 1 tbsp on half the cookies and top each with another cookie. Store in the refrigerator.
