SPICY SPINACH DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1 cup half & half cream
1 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 small can mild green chilies
1 white onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, defrosted, drained & squeezed out excess liquid with paper towels

Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients and for 1/2 hour in a dish you would serve in. Serve hot with tortilla chips or triscuits.
