1 lb crab meat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt and pepper
Put all ingredients in the crock pot on low and cook about 2 hours. Stir every 20 minutes. Keep mixture warm. Serve with crackers or pastry puffs.
