SHERRIED CHEDDAR CHEESE DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp sherry
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Blend the cheese and sherry well. Blend in sour cream and then the remaining ingredients. Serve at room temperature. Serve with fresh vegetables, polish sausage or cantaloupe.
