RUEBEN DIP

1/2 cup sauerkraut chopped and drained
1 3 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz container sour cream
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
4 oz sliced corned beef, finely diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 to 2 tbsp prepared horseradish, depending on heat desired
1-3 tbs. Milk
Party rye bread

Combine and heat all ingredients except milk, in sauce pan over low until heated through. Thin with milk if necessary. Serve with bread. NOTE: Can be cooked in a crock pot, stirring occasionally to combined ingredients.
