CHOCOLATE COOKIES II

1 large pkg chocolate chips
3 tbsp sugar
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour

Melt chips, sugar, condensed milk and butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and flour. Drop by rounded tspful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes. Let set on sheets for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and place on racks to cool.
