1 oz pkg dry herb and garlic soup mix
1 cup sour cream, ricotta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese
Garlic or cheese bread, for dipping
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients in a baking dish, reserving 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese over mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve with bread.
