Shelly's Recipe

PEPPERED CHEDDAR DIP

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3 tbsp minced green pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp milk

Blend together, adding another tbsp milk to make a good dipping consistency. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
