ONION DIP TRAY

1 1/2 lbs cream-style cottage cheese
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
6 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp, or to taste, hot pepper sauce
1 cup chopped parsley
Pitted ripe olives
1 cherry tomato

Combine first 6 ingredients; beat until completely blended. Cover and chill for a couple of hours or until firm enough to handle. Spoon cheese mixture in the center of a large serving tray.

Press the parsley into the cheese to cover the bottom. Cut the olives lengthwise into 8 wedges each. Arrange over cheese in a spiral pattern. Slice the cherry tomato into 8ths from blossom end almost to stem end; separate cuts slightly to form petals; center of the cheese. Arrange vegetables around the cheese.
