NACHO DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
4 oz tortilla chips or assorted vegetable dippers
Garnish: Hot pepper and cilantro

Combine cheeses in saucepan and stir over low heat until melted. Stir in salsa and sour cream. Garnish and serve with dippers.

VARIATION: Preheat oven to 350. Can use a round unsliced bread that has been hollowed out, reserving inside bread pieces as dippers. Just combine the ingredients and pour into the hollowed out bread; wrapped in foil and baked at for 1 1/2 hours.
