SLICED PORTERHOUSE STEAK WITH PEPPERCORNS AND BOURBON

Marinade
3/4 cup olive oil
6 tbsp steak sauce
3 tsp Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
9 clove garlic, minced
Steak
4 tbsp coarsely crushed peppercorns
2 (3-4 lb) porterhouse steak, 2 inch thick
Savory Bourbon Sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup honey
1 lemon, juice of
Combine marinade and peppercorns and marinate the steak for 1 hour at room temperature or 3-4 hours refrigerated. If the steaks are refrigerated; allow them to return to room temperature before grilling. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before.
While steaks are grilling, combine sauce ingredients and heat until warm. Serve with sliced steak.
