SIRLOIN BEEF KABOBS

1-2 lb sirloin steak, cubed
1/3 cup soy sauce and lemon juice
1/4 cup honey and water
1 tsp salt

Marinate steak overnight and skewer alternating the meat, fresh mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Grill, turning occasionally, basting with marinade.
