1 1/2 lb beef top round of flank, sliced in long thin strips 1 1/2 inch wide
1 cup pineapple juice
4 clove caramelized garlic
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp hot pepper flakes

Thread the beef strips on skewers. In a small bowl combine the pineapple juice, garlic, honey, and hot pepper flakes. Pour over the beef strips and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat the grill. Place the skewered meat on high heat on the grill for 2 minutes on each side. Lower to a medium temperature and cook to desired doneness. Brush the beef with all the marinade.
