* MARINATED FLANK STEAK*

Category: Beef Steaks

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp water
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
2-3 lb flank steak, scored on both sides

In a resealable bag, combine ingredients and refrigerate for 2-4 hours; turning once. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 6-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for rare, a meat thermometer should read 140 degrees; medium, 160 degrees; well-done, 170 degrees), basting occasionally with the marinade.
