CORNED BEEF, CABBAGE AND NOODLE CASSEROLE

4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup onion and celery, chopped fine
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp prepared mustard and horseradish
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Garlic powder and Dill weed, to taste
1 (12 oz) can corned beef, crumbled
8 oz wide egg noodles, cooked al dente
Preheat oven to 350. While noodles are cooking, saute vegetables in butter. In a large bowl, combine milk, next 3 ingredients and seasonings. Stir in corned beef and sauteed vegetables. Add noodles and mix well. Turn casserole ingredients into a greased 3-quart baking pan. Bake 30-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8
