CHINESE SIRLOIN STEAK

1 can beef broth
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup ketchup, soy sauce and honey
1 (2 – 2 1/4 lb) boneless top sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick, well trimmed

In a resealable bag, combine ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. (Best marinated overnight.)

Preheat broiler and place the steak on a broiler pan. Discard the marinade. Broil for 14-16 minutes, turning half-way through the cooking. Slice thinly across the grain and serve immediately. Serves 4-6
