BLACK FOREST TRIFLE I

1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 chocolate Swiss roll or 1 box pack of mini chocolate Swiss rolls
Cherry liqueur (Kirsch) or maraschino cherry juice
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
Chopped almonds/ walnuts
2 chocolate bars grated/ chopped
Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice together. Add the cream cheese. Slice the cake, chop the cherries and if using walnuts, chop them up. Layer all the ingredients - be liberal with the cheese mixture - you need to use more mixture than cake. Sprinkle Kirsch liqueur over the cake in each layer. Finish off with cheese mixture on top. Decorate with cherries, Flake and nuts. Refrigerate for a few hours. * You can substitute the cherries with strawberries if you don’t like cherries. * You can double the cheese mixture. Delicious served with vanilla ice-cream.
