GROUND BEEF FAJITAS

8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 tsp oil
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, thinly sliced
12 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1 sweet red and green pepper, cut into strips
2/3 cup salsa

Garnishes
Salsa
Shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Dice avocado
Sour cream

Stack tortillas and wrap in foil; heat oven to 325 and warm tortillas. Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat oil and cook beef and next 5 ingredients, breaking up the beef with a spoon, for 2 minutes. Add peppers and cook 3-5 minutes. Stir in salsa until steaming hot. Spoon evenly onto center of each tortillas and garnish with desired toppings. Roll up. Serves 4
