GREEK-STYLE CHICKEN HOAGIE

2 small chicken breasts, grilled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 French-style sandwich rolls
4 tomato slices
2 red onion slices
2 tbsp feta cheese
Lettuce
Sliced black olives

Cool chicken and thinly slice. Mix together mayonnaise and garlic. Spread on both sides of cut bread. Add sliced chicken and remaining ingredients. Serves 2
