HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE

1 cup cubed ham
2 lbs Southern Style frozen potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup green onions

Topping
1 cup crushed soda crackers
1/4 cup melted butter

Partially thaw out your potatoes then mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Put in a baking dish. Mix the crackers with the melted butter and top the mixture. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.

NOTE: I like to add more ham.
