CREAM CHEESE MINTS FOR FLEXIBLE MOLDS

1 (3-4) oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2-3 drops peppermint oil
Food coloring or paste
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

Place all in bowl, mix well. Knead 10 minutes. Place small ball into granulated sugar and put sugar side down into cavity of mold. Pressing, unmold.
