FETA ARTICHOKE DIP

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 (2 oz) jar pimientos, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
Assorted Crackers

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or 3 cup shallow baking dish. Bake at 350. for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 2 cups. Make-Ahead: Prepare as directed except for baking. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350. for 30 to 35 minutes.
