HOLIDAY HAM BALLS

3 cups baking mix
10 1/2 cups finely chopped smoked ham
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tsp parsley flakes and spicy brown mustard
2/3 tsp milk

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a jelly-roll pan. Mix together ingredients and shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Immediately remove from pan and serve warm.
