HERBED DEVILED EGGS

Category: Deviled Eggs

6 hard cooked eggs, peeled
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard and lemon juice
3 tbsp finely chopped herbs such as tarragon, chives and parsley in any combination
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Put yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill egg whites with mixture. Garnish as desired. Chill until ready to serve.
