GREEN CHILI DEVILED EGGS

12 hard cooked eggs, peeled
2/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard

1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
3 tbsp minced green onions with tops, optional
Garnish: Cilantro sprigs and paprika

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Put yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill egg whites with mixture. Garnish as desired. Chill until ready to serve.
