1 pkg lemon cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 lb confectioners sugar
Mix together first 3 ingredients and pat into bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over the cake mixture in the pan. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
