DEVILISHLY DELICIOUS PEANUT BUTTER \'N CHOCOLATE BARS

1 pkg devils food chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup peanut butter

Pour cake mix into large bowl. Cut in butter and eggs until crumbly. Spread mixture evenly onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle on peanuts and chocolate chips.

In a separate bowl, mix together condensed milk and peanut butter. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned and center is almost set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
