LOBSTER CANTONESE

8 oz lobster chunks
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
6 green onions, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, tops included
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 cups hot cooked rice

Combine first 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir frequently until thickened, about 2 minutes. Immediately add beaten egg; cook and stir 30 seconds more. Serve over rice. Serves 4
