1 egg
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sherry
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Bread crumbs
4-6 pork chops
Spray a jelly-roll pan with cooking spray. Beat first 5 ingredients together. Dip chops into egg mixture, then press into bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn and bake and additional 20 minutes.
