CHEESE TOPPED PORK CHOPS

2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt and paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 pork chops
1/4 cup bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese
2-3 tbsp oil
4 sliced mozzarella cheese

In a small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. In another bowl, beaten egg. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Coat chops with seasoned flour, dip in egg and then coat with bread crumbs.

In a large skillet, brown chops in hot oil until golden brown. Continue cooking over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until done. After turning, top each with a slice of cheese, cover and heat until cheese begins to melt. Serves 4
