CARAMELIZED PORK SLICES

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp orange juice and molasses
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Spray a skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork and garlic in the skillet for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is light brown and no longer pink in the center. Drain, if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until mixture thickens and coats pork. Serves 4
