SALMON FETTUCCINE

1 (7 1/2 oz) can pink salmon, drained and bones removed
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups hot milk
2 tbsp sherry and sliced green onions
3/4 tsp Dijon mustard and dill weed
Pepper, to taste
8 oz fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Melt butte in a saucepan. Whisk in flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes. Whisk in milk and sherry; cook, stirring frequently for 15 minutes. Stir in salmon and remaining ingredients except pasta and parsley. Cook 2-3 more minutes, until heated through. Place noodles on a serving plate and add sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
