CHICKEN AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE (Crock Pot)

1 to 1 1/2 lb chicken, cut into strips or bite-size pieces
1 box wild rice mix with seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
3 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
1 (6-8 oz) jar mushrooms or mushroom pieces
1/2 envelope Knorr leek soup
1/4 cup diced red peppers
1 small can water chestnuts

Toss everything into the crock pot, stir and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
