PECAN PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE

Crust
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter, sugar and packed brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Filling
1 1/2 cups solid pumpkin
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg, salt and ginger
1/2 cup packed brown sugar and sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch and bourbon
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp heavy cream

Topping
2 cups sour cream
1 tbsp bourbon
2 tbsp sugar

Crust: Grease a 9 inch springform pan. Combine ingredients and press into pan up 1/4 inch sides.

Filling: Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, spices and brown sugar. Beat in cream, cornstarch, vanilla and bourbon. Combine pumpkin and cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust and bake for 50-55 minutes. Remove form oven and let stand 5 minutes.

Topping: Combine ingredients and spread over top. Bake 5 minutes. Remove and cool; then chill thoroughly. Decorate with pecan halves, if desired.
