Preheat the oven to 450. Place all the ingredients except the bell peppers in a medium-sized bowl; mix well. Add the pepper strips and toss until well coated. Pour the mixture into a 9 inch x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until tender. Serves 4
