1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 (2 lb) can crushed pineapple, well drained
5-6 bread slices, cubed
Combine butter with sugar. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour in a baking dish. Bake mixture at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with ham.
