CALIFORNIA VEGETABLE CASSEROLE - Crock Pot

1 (16 oz) pkg frozen California-blend vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup instant white rice
1/2 of a 15 oz jar processed cheese dip
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp butter, cut up

Place vegetable in a 3 1/2 - 4 quart crock pot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover; cook on low for 4 1/2 hour or until vegetables and rice are tender. Stir before serving. Serves 6
