2 (16 oz) pkgs frozen vegetable medley, any combination
1 envelope Caesar salad dressing mix
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and dressing mix. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
