RUM BALLS

4 cups graham crackers ground up
1 cup cocoa
3 cups finely chopped walnuts
1 cup rum
1/2 cup bourbon
Honey, for sweetness

Roll into smallish balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place into a cleaned airtight container for months. When you take them out to serve, they will not be ball shaped any more, so reroll them.
