CHILE RELLENOS QUICHE

10 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies
1 pint cottage cheese
4 cup grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, chilies, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and butter.

Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350; continue baking 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 10-12
