SOUR CREAM FROSTING

2/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
Dash of salt
4 1/3 cups sifted powered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Beat first 3 ingredients until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla. Yields 3 1/4 cups
