1/4 cup butter, softened
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz) pkg powdered sugar, sifted and divide into 2 cups
3 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/4 cup Kahlua or strongly brewed coffee
Beat together butter and cream cheese. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and chocolate; beat until smooth. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar and kahlua, beating at low speed until spreading consistency.
