MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

1 pkg butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange sections, cut up and undrained

Mix all ingredients. Do not use mixer. Spoon into three (8 inch) greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.

Icing:
1 (9 oz) carton whipped topping
1 (3 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

Mix ingredients well. Ice cake. Keep cake in refrigerator.
