LEMON VELVET CAKE

Cake:
1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 cup water
1 box instant lemon pudding
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice and butter extract

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tbsp water and oil

Mix ingredient for cake all at once until fluffy; pour in greased bundt pan. Bake at for 45-55 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes, invert to cake plate. Prick lightly with toothpick all over and top with glaze. Then sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar
