AMARETTO DIVINE

1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 cups nondairy amaretto-flavored creamer, divided
1 1/4 cups amaretto liqueur, divided
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
6 (1.4 oz) chocolate covered toffee bars, chopped
Chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 3 (8 inch) round pans. Mix together mix, 1 cup cream, 1 cup liqueur, eggs, and oil until blended. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake for 15 minutes, making certain the cake layers do not over bake. Allow to cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING: Combine pudding mix, remaining creamer and liqueur. Set aside for 5 minutes. Fold whipped cream into amaretto mixture and beat at low speed until thick. Stir in chopped candy, reserving some for garnish. Spread between layers and over cake. Drizzle cake with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with reserved toffee pieces. Refrigerate until to serve.
